Nirda’s Wedding

Well, i took these photo a while back (over 1+ year ago), this was way before i got my hands on my 400D and was still using my FZ-20. Turns out my cousin who was a videographer for the wedding asked me to tag along and he had a spare D70S for me to play with. Yay me~

Having never really used a DSLR before, let alone a Nikon, it felt well, different. The fact that it had flashgun attacched to it did not make it any better. Took me a while to figure the camera out (took a real while). In the end, i figured the cam out, at least most of it.

Sustainable Shelter Comp. 09/10

So a few weeks back, our faculty was to hold a Sustainable Shelter Competition aimed at high school students. The materials given are well, plastic bottles and some rope. The event was nearly cancelled due to some hitches, mainly with the number of participating schools, but thankfully, a few of the seniors (rosyam and aliff) managed to pull a few schools out of their magic hat, kudos to them .

Seeing the kids reminded us all of back when we were in high school, all out highjinks and whatnot. Good times. And did i mention? I somehow got roped into writing the report for this event, yea. Wohoo~..
